Injections without pain with the new Juvederm
I am so thrilled to now be able to treat my patients with virtually no pain. For the first time a new filler with lidocaine (a local anesthetic) has been approved by the FDA for treatment of lines and wrinkles. It has always been a bit tricky to use fillers on lips because they are so sensitive. Now with this new filler, patients can achieve fuller, less wrinkled lips without pain or discomfort.
Sound to good to be true? That is what I thought, but I put one of my most sensitive patients to the test and she reported it’s even easier than Botox.
